Everything ships from our warehouse in Winnipeg, Canada. Orders in Canada usually arrive in 2–5 business days, the US in 3–7, and the rest of the world in 5–12. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order leaves.
Duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there’s nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn pieces with their tags. Return labels are free in Canada; international customers pay for return shipping.
Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements. If you’re between sizes, write to support@fiveteenstudios.com with your height and usual size.
Write to support@fiveteenstudios.com within an hour of ordering and we’ll do our best. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned instead.
